School of Accounting
School of Accounting responsible for providing training to officers Audit to improve knowledge and skills in accounting and financial management of the public sector.
School of Accounting headed by the Chief School Grade W44 and assisted by an Assistant Director of Audit Assistant Grade W41 and W32 Grade Auditors.
Course were divided into three levels namely Basic Level, Intermediate Level and Advanced Level.

School of Management responsible for providing training to newly appointed audit officer and other officers to enhance their knowledge and skills in the management aspects.
School of Management is headed by the Chief School Grade W44 and assisted by an Assistant Auditor Grade W32.
Course were divided into three levels namely Basic Level, Intermediate Level, Advanced Level and Phase Transition.

Auditing school headed by a Head of School Grade W48, assisted by two Assistant Director of Audit Grade W41 and W32 Grade 2 Assistant Auditor.
