Management Programme

The Management Programme offers courses based on the consolidation of information and knowledge covering two aspects of competence, namely:

• Generic (general) competencies that are the knowledge, skills and personal characteristics that must be possessed by each officer regardless of the grade of the position and organisation.

• Functional (specific) competencies that are specific knowledge, skills and personal characteristics required to perform the duties of a position.

Objective
