Conflict Management Course

The National Audit Academy (NAA) organized a Conflict Management Course on January 15 and 16, 2025, at the Tanjung Lecture Room, NAA. This course was attended by 25 participants from various sectors within the National Audit Department (NAD) Headquarters and State NAD Office.

The objective of the course was to provide an understanding of conflict, its types, causes and effects within government organizations, as well as to help build a positive culture for effective conflict management and resolution within government organizations.
