The list of courses offered throughout the year can be found in the AAN Calendar.
Applications from JAN officers can be submitted via the Human Capital Development System (SPMI).
Applications from external participants can be made via the "Training Calendar and Course Application" section of the NAA portal by selecting the relevant course date.
If the course dates cannot be selected, this indicates that the course is not yet open for applications.
NAA is offering courses that are open to federal and state civil servants, as well as personnel from federal and state statutory bodies.
In addition, NAA also offers training facilities to external agencies.
A variety of methods are employed, including lectures, case studies, practical training, discussions, simulations, role plays, visits, and video presentations.

Initially, payment must be made in cash, via a local order or by cheque made payable to the Accountant General of Malaysia, Negri Sembilan, T. This should then be submitted to the Director of the National Audit Academy. However, the NAA is shifting to online payments via the iPayments platform, so cash payments will soon no longer be accepted. Please refer to the user manuals for further information.
SPMI will send applicants a notification email to inform them whether their application has been approved or rejected.
Subject to availability, accommodation will be provided to course participants.
No, the NAA library is only available to staff. Nevertheless, it can be utilised as a point of reference by participants during the programme
The facilities available at AAN include lecture rooms, computer labs, an auditorium, lecture hall, library, male and female hostels, prayer room (surau), gymnasium, tennis court, volleyball court, futsal court, and more.
All courses are open to ministries/departments and agencies except for the following courses, which are specifically designated for officers of the National Audit Department:
The Basic Course for Auditors/Assistant Auditors; and
Courses with the Training Road Map (KCA) code.
