Introductory Course On Government Electronic Accounting System

The National Audit Academy (AAN) organized the Introductory Course on Government Electronic Accounting System on 25 and 26 February 2025 at Bilik Kuliah Anggerik, AAN. This two-day course was attended by 24 participants from various sectors, including the Headquarters of the National Audit Department (JAN), State JAN offices, and Internal Audit Units (UAD) of Ministries/Departments.

The objective of this course was to enhance participants’ knowledge of financial systems such as iGFMAS, iSPEKS, and SAGA. Additionally, the course aimed to expose participants to the government’s initiative to transition from a cash-based financial system to an accrual-based system.

The speakers involved were officers from the Consultancy Services Division (BKP) of the Accountant General’s Department of Malaysia (JANM) and the National Accounting Institute (IPN) JANM.
